摘要
文章通过对健身气功和"合作学习"教学特点的阐释,认为在健身气功教学的"调形、调息、调心"三个阶段中灵活的运用"合作学习",对健身气功初学者从学习兴趣、运动技能、心理因素、集体凝聚力、人际关系五个方面有不同程度的影响,极大地促进健身气功教学的顺利进行,有力提高健身气功教学效果。
By interpreting the teaching features of health-care Qigong and“cooperative learning”,the article concludes thatthe flexible use of the“cooperative learning”in the three stages---physical-building,psychological adjusting and breathregulating---of health care Qigong teaching,has different effect on the beginners in their interests,sports skills,mental factors,collective cohesion and interpersonal relationship,meanwhile,greatly contributing to the teaching and powerfully improving theteaching effects.
