摘要
悬吊训练法(S-E-T)是一种新型的核心力量训练方法,现已被医学康复及体育领域所广泛使用,文章在查阅文献资料、专家访谈的基础对其进行梳理,主要对悬吊训练的概念、发展历史、作用机理、发展及应用现状进行综述,以期对今后的训练及研究提供文献支持。
Sling exercise training(S-E-T)is an emerging and effective way to develop the core strength.It has been widely usedby the medical rehabilitation and sports training.The paper,on the basis of view details and visiting the specialists,mainly introducesconcept of sling exercise training,development process and mechanism,in order to be able to help the training and research.
