大连市市区小学生体质健康现状研究

On the Health Status of Primary School Students in Dalian

文章通过文献资料法,测试法对大连市市区小学生体质健康进行研究,主要研究内容是身高、体重、视力、50米、坐位体前屈、跳绳、50米×8、仰卧起坐、肺活量,目的在于找出问题,为研究者提科研供参考数据,为体育教师提供教学参考数据。

Using the literature method, this paper studies physical health of elementary school students in Dalian. The main research content is the height, weight, visual acuity, 50 meters, sitting body flexion, rope skipping, 50 m *8, sit-ups, vital capacity. The purpose is to identify the problems, provide scientific data for researchers and PE teachers for reference.
