摘要
文章选取50名无规律性运动的中老年人作为受试者,根据年龄、性别、体重随机分成实验组25名(太极拳组)和对照组25名(空白组)。采用美国生产的Biodex II型多关节等速测试仪器,在实验前和实验后分别对受试者脊柱两侧的肌肉力量进行测试。结果发现:实验组在6个月的陈氏太极拳锻炼后,脊柱两侧肌肉力量均比实验前有所增强,且具有非常显著性差异,与对照组比较也呈显著性差异。研究结果说明长期坚持陈氏太极拳练习可以增强腰背部肌肉力量,延缓萎缩,增强脊柱稳定性,提高中老年人的生活质量。
This study selects 50 elderly subjects who are without regular exercise, according to age, sex, and body weight randomly divides them into experimental group of 25 (Tai Chi Group) and the control group, 25 patients (control group). With the Biodex type II isokinetic testing instrument produced by a U. S. company, the study does the tests before the experiment and after the experiment respectively on subjects both sides of the spine muscles. The results show: the experimental group after 6 months of Chen Style Taijiquan exercise, have both sides of the spine muscle strength increased significantly than that before the experiment and have a very significant difference compared with the control group. The results tells us that insisting on long time Chen Style Taijiquan Exercises can strengthen lumbar back muscle strength, delaying atrophy, strengthen the stability of spine, improve the quality of life for the elderly.
