摘要
文章通过分析社区体育在新形势下发展的必要性和紧迫性,社区体育人力资源是发展社区体育的软件,对社区体育文化的形成、传播、发扬起着至关重要的意义;对此加强指导员专业技术技能的培训,扩大公益社会指导员队伍,完善对体育指导员的激励机制;提高体育管理员的业务水平,细化管理细则,保障体育文化活动有条有序的开展,推进社区体育文化的可持续发展。
This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the development of community sport in the new situation. Community sport human resource is the software that has a vital significance for developing community sport, spreading community sport culture and the communication of community sport. To strengthen the training of professional and technical skills of community sport instructors, to expand the public welfare social instructor team, to improve the incentive mechanism of sports instructors, to improve the business level of sports administrators, detailed management rules, can ensure the sustainable development of sports culture in communities.
