学校体育俱乐部发展现状调查研究——以上海市第五十二中学为例

The Countermeasures of the Opening Up of Sports Clubs in Schools——With The Fifty-Second Middle School of Shanghai City as study example

课外体育活动形式多样,内容丰富,同学们可以在轻松愉悦的氛围下进行体育锻炼。不仅能帮助其获得健康的体魄及良好的心理素质,更容易使同学们在不知不觉中爱上体育运动。上海市第五十二中学是一所以体育和艺术教育为特色的公立中学,率先引进了学习体育俱乐部作为学生课外活动的主要形式,在上海市的中学课外体育活动组织方式上起了示范作用,但在其体育俱乐部的开展中,也面临了一些问题亟待解决。文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法研究方法,通过调查得出的主要结果如下:(1)指导教师专项过于集中,女性教师较少;(2)体育场地、器材、设施、基金都较不足(3)俱乐部开展的项目以传统项目为主,新兴运动较少;(4)组织管理不专业。针对这些问题,本文的主要结论是:(1)招聘时注意体育教师的专项和性别分布均衡,与大学进行合作;(2)拓宽资金来源,合理利用场地资源;(3)开展学生感兴趣的项目;(4)引进专业管理人才或做好相关培训。

Extracurricular sports activities, as a part of physical education, enrich student's extracurricular life, are conducive to the cultivation of students' interest in sports and to have healthy body and good psychological quality. No. 52 middle school of Shanghai is one public school with the special features of sports and art, which organizes sports clubs in the school as the main form of students extracurricular sports activities, and to be an model in middle school student extracurricular sport activity organization, but it has some problems in sport club development. With the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper does the study survey and the result includes the following aspects: (1) guide teachers have too many sport items and the female teachers are less; (2) clubs have less enough sport fields, equipment, facilities and funds; (3) the items that clubs carry out are mainly traditional sports, less new emerging sports; (4) organizational management of clubs is not professional. The study conclusions include: (1) when teachers recruitment, the clubs should pay attention to their sports specialty and gender balance distribution, and cooperate with colleges and universities; (2) they should broaden the sources of funding, rational use of space resources; (3) they should develop students interest in the sports; (4) they should introduce professional management personnel or well related training.
