默念练习法在跆拳道教学中的运用研究

摘要 文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计法收集关于少儿跆拳道启蒙及训练方法,结合自己的训练、比赛和教学经验,以及运用访谈法对遵义市巨人跆拳道师院道馆教练和黄带班进行教学研究,在教学中运用默念练习法,能有效地增强少儿的学习效率,提高学生的学习效果。文章对青少年儿童跆拳道教学质量提高有重要的意义。 This paper, using the methods of literature, interview and data statistics, collects children Taekwondo enlightenment and training methods, combined with their own training, competition, and teaching experience, and uses the methods of interview of Zunyi City Giant Taekwondo Teachers College Gym coaches and the Yellow-band class teaching to do the research,. The study finds that if we use the method of meditation practice teaching, we can effectively enhance children's learning efficiency, improve the learning effect of students. The research of this paper has an important significance to improve the teaching quality of Taekwondo.
