克拉霉素联合曲安奈德对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗效果观察

Clarithromycin Combined QuAn Ned in the Treatment of Chronic Nasal Sinusitis

目的:分析克拉霉素联合曲安奈德对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院总院在2015年4月—2015年12月收治的98例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者作为本研究的研究对象,将所有患者按照随机方法划分为观察组和对照组,每组各有49例患者,对照组患者单纯采用克拉霉素进行治疗,观察组患者采用克拉霉素联合曲安奈德进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察并作比较。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率明显优于对照组,对两组患者治疗前后的鼻塞情况进行比较,两组患者的鼻塞情况均有所改善,但观察组改善更为明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:临床上对于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,采用克拉霉素联合曲安奈德进行治疗,具有更好的治疗效果,可以提高患者治疗的有效率,减少患者的鼻塞情况,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective: To analyze clarithromycin combined QuAn Ned in the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis. Methods: 98 cases of chronic nasal sinusitis patients from September 2014 to March 2014 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, each group has 49 patients.Patients in the control group only treated with clarithromycin; observation group was treated by clarithromycin combined QuAn Ned, curative effect oftwo groups was compared. Results: Effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group; after treatment, nasal congestion in both groups are improved, but change is more obvious in the observation group, P<0.05. Conclusion: In treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis, use of clarithromycin combined with triamcinolone acetonide showed better treatment, could improve the effectiveness of the treatment, reduce congestion, thus it is worthy of clinical use.
