生长抑素预防及治疗腹部手术术后早期肠梗阻的临床研究

Clinical Study of Somatostatin in the Prevention and Treatment of Early Postoperative Intestinal Obstruction After Abdominal Operation

目的:探讨生长抑素预防及治疗腹部手术术后早期肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的84例腹部手术术后早期肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组(42例)与对照组(42例),对照组采用保守治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用生长抑素,比较两组术后2周内肠梗阻发生率、治疗效果以及患者临床症状、体征。结果:观察组肠梗阻发生率明显低于对照组,且治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组胃肠减压量少、腹痛缓解时间短、肛门排气排便恢复时间短(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素可明显改善腹部手术术后早期肠梗阻,对其预防及治疗效果良好,能够降低发病率、减少并发症,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of somatostatin in the prevention and treatment of early postoperative intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation. Methods: 84 cases of postoperative patients with early intestinal obstruction in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases), control group was treated with conservative treatment, the observation group on the basis of the above combined with somatostatin, intestinal obstruction rate, therapeutic effect and patients clinical symptoms, signs were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment. Results: The incidence of intestinal obstruction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group compared with the control group, the amount of gastrointestinal decompression, abdominal pain relief time is short, anal exhaust bowel recovery time is short (P<0.05). Conclusion:Somatostatin can obviously improve the early intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery, and its prevention and treatment effect is good, can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the incidence of complications, thus it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
