延续性护理干预对安置胰岛素泵的2型糖尿病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Durative Nursing Intervention on Negative Mood and Quality of Life of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Insulin Qump

目的:探讨延续性护理干预对安置胰岛素泵的2型糖尿病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年1月—2015年8月我院内分泌科100例安置了胰岛素泵的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中50例患者采用延续性护理干预(观察组),另外50例患者采用常规护理(对照组),比较两组患者负性情绪及生活质量。结果:经过6个月的延续性护理干预后,观察组在负性情绪相关指标方面评分显著低于对照组,而在生活质量相关指标方面评分却明显高于对照组,两组差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用延续性护理干预可有效减少安置胰岛素泵的2型糖尿病患者负性情绪,并可明显提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate The effect of durative nursing intervention on negative mood and quality of life of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with insulin pump. Methods: January 2015 - August 2015 in Endocrinology department of our hospital, 100 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were placed insulin pumps for the study, 50 patients were treated with the durative nursing intervention (observation group) and 50 patients were treated with conventional nursing (control group). Their negative mood and quality of life are compared. Results: After six months, the negative emotion score of the durative nursing intervention group were significantly lower than the control group, and the relevant indicator score of quality of life was significantly higher than the control group, the difference had statistical comparison significance (P<0.01). Conclusion: Durative nursing interventions can effectively reduce the negative emotions of type 2 diabetic patients with insulin pump, and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy for clinical application.
