量子点荧光增强和纳米金光度法测定链霉素 被引量:1

摘要 首次建立了Cd Te量子点荧光增强法和纳米金紫外可见分光光度法检测链霉素的两种新方法,并将两种方法进行了比较.结果表明,量子点的荧光强度与链霉素浓度在2.75×10-7~1.65×10-5mol/L之间呈线性关系;纳米金吸收光谱的变化与链霉素浓度在1.89×10-7~5.46×10-6mol/L之间呈现良好的线性关系.两种方法用于样品中链霉素含量的测定,回收率均在97.5%~103.75%之间,结果令人满意. The enhancement of the fluorescence of CdTe QDs and the aggregation of unmodified AuNPs by streptomycin in aqueous solutions were developed. Under the optimum conditions,the relative fluorescence intensity was linearly proportional to the concentration of streptomycin between 2.75×10-7 mol/L and 1.65×10-5 mol/L. The linear range of the colorimetric sensor for streptomycin was from 1.89×10-7 mol/L to 5.46×10-6 mol/L. Comparisons between the two methods were made. The recoveries of the two methods were in the range of 97.5% to 103.75%. Both methods which used for rapid detection of streptomycin in the tablets were satisfied with the results.
