摘要
简述了干式缸套气缸体复杂薄壁类铸铁件砂型铸造生产中,原采用一些传统铸造工艺方法存在较多气孔缺陷、冷隔、浇不足等问题;阐述了加大芯头结构、合理应用工艺补贴、优化设计冒口系统、大孔进水技术、有效浇注时间等新工艺、新技术和新理论所优化设计的铸造工艺方案,使所生产的491干式缸套气缸体气孔、冷隔、浇不足缺陷得到了有效克服,获得了良好的技术经济效果。
This paper first sketches the defects in the production process of dry sleeve cylinder complexthin-walled castings of sand casting due to adopting some traditional casting technology,such as defects of airholes,cold insulation and pouring,etc.In order to solve the problems,some new techniques like increased corehead structure,reasonable application of technology subsidies,optimization design of riser system,big hole inlettechnology,effective pouring time should be used to optimize the original casting process.As a consequence ofthis,the enterprises for the technical support obtain good technical and economic effect.
