苤蓝化学成分预实验及抗肿瘤活性筛选 被引量:3

摘要 采用化学反应鉴定法,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的颜色反应或沉淀反应,对苤蓝的石油醚提取液、乙酸乙酯提取液、甲醇提取液和水提取液中的化学成分进行初步鉴定。结果发现,苤蓝中含有氨基酸、蛋白质、多糖、苷、皂苷、黄酮、酚类、有机酸、蒽醌、香豆素与内脂、强心苷、植物甾醇、生物碱和挥发油等物质。使用MTT法对以上4种提取液进行体外抗肿瘤活性筛选,4种提取液中,只有甲醇提取液对Hela细胞的体外增殖有抑制作用。这可能与黄酮类、蒽醌类、植物甾醇类和生物碱类这几种通常具有药理作用的活性成分,主要存在于甲醇提取液中有关。 The chemical substances from kohlrabi were extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, methyl alcohol, and hot water,respectively. Their chemical compositions were surveyed by chemical reaction identification method, such as the color change and the appearance and disappearance of precipitation. In additional, the anti-tumor activities of different solvent extracts were screened by MTT method. The experiment results showed that the component of kohlrabi included amino acid, protein, polysaccharide,glycosides, saponin, flavone, phenols, organic acid, anthraquinone, coumarin, cardenolide, phytosterol, alkaloid, and essential oil.None had inhibition effect on the proliferation of Hela tumor cell in vitro except methanol extract. The reason may be that many active components including flavone, anthraquinone, phytosterol, and alkaloid, usually had important pharmacological activity, were found in methanol extract.
