摘要
本文研究了氢氧化钠(NaOH)与十二烷基苯磺酸的中和反应工艺条件对产物黏度的影响。采用单因素实验法,研究了反应温度、NaOH浓度、反应时间对中和产物十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)黏度的影响。结果表明,氢氧化钠与水的配比在3.0%左右、反应温度35℃、反应时间1h时产物黏度最佳。
The influence of techniques conditions on viscosity of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (treated in the presence of sodium hydroxide) were studied.The results showed that in the presence of 3.0% sodium hydroxide at 35℃ for 1h, the viscosity of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was optimum.
