高中化学课堂教学渗透生涯指导的实践研究

江苏高考新方案确定从2020年高考开始推行,即2017级高一新生将成为新方案第一批吃螃蟹的人,同时,英语"一年多考"已经准备就绪,其他学科也将探索一年多考……本次改革着力彰显选择性教育理念,那么学生怎么样才能做出合理的选择呢,关键是要做好学生的职业生涯教育,但绝大部分高中目前没有专职的职业生涯教育教师。其实,有许多学生在高中阶段已经表现出对某些职业有很浓厚的兴趣,因而课堂教学中应该进行职业生涯教育渗透,作为一名化学老师及南京师范大学附属扬子中学的生涯指导老师,笔者在高中化学课堂教学渗透生涯指导教育的理念已略见成效。
