Current situation and Countermeasures of clinical nursing application of human basic needs hierarchy theory

马斯洛人类基本需要层次理论作为现在护理的经典理论,临床应用广泛,但在具体实践中存在病人心理安全和磁性环境等个体需求难以满足,以及护理人员自身人文关怀缺乏等问题。因此,应加强护理质量监控,实现护患双方各层次需要的最优化满足,提高护理效果。

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the present nursing classical theory, is widely used in clinic, but there are patient psychological safety and magnetic environment of the individual demand in practice is difficult to meet, and the nurses lack of humanistic care. Therefore, we should strengthen the control of nursing quality, nursing implementation of each level to meet the optimization and improve the nursing effect.
