对湖北省做好地质资料管理与服务工作的思考

"十二五"期间湖北省地质资料管理工作切实加强汇交及监管,不断提高地质资料汇交率;逐步充实馆藏资料,不断提升地质资料服务质量;根据省情因地制宜,切实做好实物地质资料管理工作;畅通服务渠道,积极开展地质资料信息化服务工作;规范内部管理,修订完善相关制度和技术要求。工作中也存在一些问题,主要有:地质资料管理需规范化、科学化;地质资料汇交意识需加强;地质资料服务水平有待提升;人员队伍建设需加强。建议:(1)健全标准,统一汇交管理;(2)加大宣传,增强汇交意识;(3)完善手段,提升服务水平;(4)加强学习,提高整体素质。

During the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the geological data management in Hubei Province has strengthened the collection and supervision of the geological data, continuously improved the collection rate of geological data, and gradually enrich the collection of materials, and continuously improve the quality of geological data services; According to the provincial conditions, they also do a good job of physical geological data management; Meanwhile, they smooth service channels, and actively carry out geological information service;they also standardize internal management, revise and improve the relevant system and technical requirements. However, there are also some problems in the work, such as: geological data management needs to be standardized and scientific; geological data exchange awareness should be strengthened; geological data service level to be improved; team construction should be strengthened. There’re several suggestions for future work: firstly, to improve the standards and unified management of the data collection; secondly, to increase awareness and enhance the awareness of the exchange; thirdly, to improve the means to enhance the level of service; fourthly, to enhance the learning and improve the overall quality of data service.
