摘要
4G网络环境下,高校图书馆移动参考咨询服务特征主要体现在资料获取的便捷化、服务时效的灵活化和咨询方式的多样化3个方面,需要从不断创新技术手段、优化配置人力资源、提升交互服务的时效性来完善服务模式构建体系,并以移动用户检索习惯的数据分析、多功能一键导引同步资源、资源整合的功能性提升,以及主、被动信息服务为构建策略,找到优化路径,全面实现基于用户需求的移动参考咨询服务的提升。
Under the 4G network environment, the features of mobile reference service of libraries in colleges and universities mainly manifested in the convenience of access to data, service flexibility and the diversity of consulting methods. Service mode construction system should be improved from the aspects of continuous innovation of technological means, optimizing the allocation of human resources, enhancing the timeliness of interactive services to improve the service model construction system. In addition, the data analysisbased on mobile user search habits, multi-function a key to guide the synchronization of resources, functional promotion of resources integration, and setting the main and passive information services as the construction of strategies to find the optimal path, with a purpose to fully realize user needs based on the promotion of mobile reference services.
