轮胎花纹结构对喇叭效应影响规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于软件LMS Virtual.Lab对轮胎喇叭效应进行了声学边界元数值模拟研究。首先运用快速多级边界元方法分析比较了三种不同花纹结构轮胎的噪声放大作用的差异;并验证仿真模型的正确性。然后分析纵沟花纹轮胎三种不同结构参数对喇叭效应的影响。通过分析验证了轮胎表面结构会对喇叭效应产生影响。结果表明:花纹沟拔模斜度越大,对轮胎噪声的放大作用越强;花纹沟的深度越深,对轮胎噪声放大作用越弱;轮胎胎冠呈圆弧状时,对轮胎噪声的放大作用会有所减小。 Acoustic boundary element numerical simulation research of the horn effect was focus on which based on analysis of the software named LMS Virtual.Lab.Firstly,the fast multipole boundary element method is ap-plied,to analyze and compare of three different kinds of tread patterns that act on noise amplification mechanism,and verify the validity of the simulation model,in turn,the structural parameter of longitudinal groove pattern tire that may impact on the horn effect could be analyzed.The tire surface structure was ensured do effect on the horn effect via the analysis.The results show that amplification of tire noise would stronger with bigger tread groove draft angle,however,that would be weaker with deeper tread groove.And there would be a little reduction to noise am-plification when tire crown presents an arc shape.
