iSchool视角下的实用型档案人才教育研究

Studies on Education of Practical Talents of Archival Science from an iSchool's Perspective

文章对国内外i School院校在教育模式、培养目标、课程设置、教育理念、教学方式等方面进行研究分析,得到了诸多有益经验,例如院校应具有明确的培养目标,"范围广、程度深、话题新、弹性大"的课程设置原则,"以人为本"的教育理念和多样的教学形式等,以期为培养集管理者与服务者为一体的档案人才的档案教育提供参考。

Aiming at the ways of cultivating practical talents of archival science who the societyneeds,the paper studies and analyses iSchool members at home and abroad following aspects such aseducation model,training target,curriculum design,educational concept,teaching method and so on.Conclusions gained are as follows:colleges and universities should teach students with clear target,curriculum should be“diversiform,deep,vital and flexible”,teaching should be human-oriented andin various forms.
