Inqury Into the Archive Format of Digital Video Files

数字时代数字视频类电子文件大量增多且格式复杂多样,数字视频存档格式选择问题逐渐成为档案界研究重点。文章以电子文件长期保存与利用为原则,从编码格式和文件格式两方面探讨各种格式存档的特性与选择问题,并结合应用领域和保管利用两方面提出归档时需注意的几点问题。

With the growing number of digital video files formats,the selection of the archiveformat of digital video files has gradually become a research focus in archival science fields in thedigital age.Based on the principle of long-term preservation and utilization of electronic documents,this paper explored respectively the characteristics and the selection strategy of many digital videofiles’archive formats from two aspects of encoding format and file format,and raised somesuggestions what should be paid attention to when archiving combined with the files applicationfields and the archives utilization.
