抗口腔念珠菌病中医药研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating oral candidiasis

口腔念珠菌病主要是由白色念珠菌所引起的口腔黏膜真菌感染性疾病。氟胞嘧啶、多烯类和唑类等药物是目前常用抗真菌药,但存在毒性大、吸收不完全、耐药性等缺陷,临床治疗效果欠佳。随着科学技术的进步,中药的提取、分离及有效成分鉴定技术日益成熟,从中药中寻找并开发新型的抗击白色念珠菌药物成为研究热点。

Oral candidiasis is a fungal disease of oral mucosa infection caused by candida albicans.Flucytosine,polyene and azoles are common antifungal drugs,but they have many defects,such as large toxicity,incomplete absorption and drug resistance,and the clinical treatment effect is poor.Along with the progress of science and technology,the extraction, separation and identification of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine is becoming more and more mature.To find the new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of candida albicans has become a hot spot.
