标准大骨瓣减压术与常规骨瓣开颅术治疗重症型颅脑损伤的疗效对比

Curative effect of standard large bone flap decompression and conventional bone flap craniotomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury

目的:探讨标准大骨瓣减压术与常规骨瓣开颅术治疗重症型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法:收治重症型颅脑损伤患者96例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规骨瓣开颅术治疗,试验组采用标准大骨瓣减压术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组颅内压和NISS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重症型颅脑损伤患者的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of standard large bone flap decompression and conventional bone flap craniotomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:96 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated by conventional bone flap craniotomy.The experimental group was treated with standard large bone flap decompression.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the intracranial pressure and NISS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of standard large bone flap decompression in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury was significant.
