Etiology and clinical treatment of hypertension

目的:分析高血压的病因以及临床治疗。方法:收治高血压患者760例,分析其病因,为临床治疗提供依据。结果:760例高血压患者原发性高血压病因主要与遗传因素、环境因素有关,而继发性高血压则与肾性因素、内分泌因素有关,精神因素也比较明显,760例患者采用针对性治疗,总有效率达96.97%。结论:面对复杂的高血压病因,需要结合患者病因采取针对性的治疗措施,采取对症治疗能有效提高治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the etiology and clinical treatment of hypertension.Methods:760 patients with hypertension were selected.We analyzed the etiology,providing the basis for clinical treatment.Results:The etiology of essential hypertension in 760 patients with hypertension was related to genetic factors and environmental factors,and secondary hypertension was associated with renal factors,endocrine factors,mental factors were more obvious.760 patients were with targeted treatment,and the total effective rate was 96.97% .Conclusion:In the face of complicated hypertension etiology,we need to take the specific treatment measures,to take symptomatic treatment that can effectively improve the treatment effect.
