阿奇霉素治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎的效果及安全性分析

Effect and safety analysis of azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric community acquired pneumonia

目的:探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎的效果及安全性。方法:收治社区获得性肺炎患儿100例,按照治疗方式分两组。观察组给予阿奇霉素治疗,对照组给予头孢哌酮治疗,比较两组不良反应发生率、咳嗽消失时间、总有效率。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率88.00%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric community acquired pneumonia.Methods:100 cases of children with community acquired pneumonia were divided into two groups according to the treatment modes.The observation group was treated with azithromycin.The control group was treated with cefoperazone.The incidence of adverse reactions,the cough disappeared time,the total effective rate between groups were compared.Results:Theincidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The cough disappeared time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88% ,which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric community acquired pneumonia had significant curative effect and high safety.
