电视胸腔镜下胸膜固定术治疗非小细胞肺癌伴恶性胸腔积液的临床应用价值分析

Clinical application value analysis of video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion

目的:探讨电视胸腔镜下胸膜固定术治疗非小细胞肺癌伴恶性胸腔积液的临床应用价值。方法:收治非小细胞肺癌伴恶性胸腔积液患者56例,随机分为两组。观察组给予电视胸腔镜下胸膜固定术,对照组给予胸腔闭式引流加胸腔内注射粘连剂治疗,比较两组胸腔引流时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果:观察组胸腔引流时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率89.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电视胸腔镜下胸膜固定术治疗非小细胞肺癌伴恶性胸腔积液的疗效显著,可有效控制恶性胸腔积液。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.Methods:56 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis.The control group was treated with closed drainage of pleural cavity plus intrapleural injection ofviscous agent.The thoracic drainage time,hospitalization time and clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results:Thethoracic drainage time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion had significant curative effect and could control the malignant pleural effusion effectively.
