经脐单切口治疗儿童急性阑尾炎的疗效研究

Effect exploration of single umbilical incision in the treatment of children with acute appendicitis

目的:探究经脐单切口治疗儿童急性阑尾炎的疗效。方法:收治急性阑尾炎患儿86例,给予经脐单切口腹腔镜手术治疗。结果:86例患儿均手术成功,切口感染1例,其余患儿切口瘢痕隐蔽,疗效显著。结论:经脐单切口治疗急性阑尾炎患儿的疗效显著,美容效果较好。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of single umbilical incision in the treatment of children with acute appendicitis.Methods:86 cases of children with acute appendicitis were treated with laparoscopic surgery with single umbilical incision.Results:86 cases of children had successful operation,and 1 case had incision infection.The remaining children had hidden incision scar,and the curative effect was significant.Conclusion:Single umbilical incision in the treatment of children with acute appendicitis had significant curative effect and better cosmetic effect.
