经鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉80例的疗效分析

Effect analysis of nasal endoscopy in 80 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps

目的:探讨经鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者80例,行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:患者症状均得到不同程度的改善,总有效率达97.50%。1例出现鼻腔粘连,1例出现眼睑肿胀瘀血。结论:经鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the surgical effect of nasal endoscopy for chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:80 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps were selected.They were given nasal endoscopy surgery.We observed the treatment effects.Results:The symptoms of patients were improved.The total effective rate was 97.50%.1 case had nasal synechia,and 1 case had eyelid swelling.Conclusion:The surgical effect of nasal endoscopy for chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps was significant.
