304nm中波高能紫外线与窄谱中波紫外线在白癜风治疗中的应用比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨304 nm中波高能紫外线和窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的效果。方法:收治白癜风患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,治疗组采用304 nm中波高能紫外线治疗。结果:治疗组患者皮肤外观恢复正常时间和白癜风治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:304 nm中波高能紫外线治疗白癜风患者临床效果非常明显。 Objective:To investigate the effect of 304 nm UVB and narrow-band UVB in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:82 patients with vitiligo were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 41 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given narrow-band UVB treatment;while in the treatment group were treated with 304 nm UVB treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the total time of skin appearance and vitiligo treatment plan was significantly shorter than in the control group,and the treatment effect was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:304 nm UVB has obviously treatment effect on patients with vitiligo.
