摘要
目的:探讨适合地区情况的糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)临床防治措施。方法:收治以视力下降为主诉就诊于眼科的2型糖尿病患者349例(698眼),给予DR临床防治措施,包括加强DR知识宣传,规范眼科、内分泌科诊治方法,建立眼科、内科医生及患者联系手册等。结果:采用该措施共完成349例(698眼)的DR宣传、联系手册建立及糖尿病和其他并发症治疗。患者系统指标均达均到2009年-2012年中国2型糖尿病防治指南的控制目标,为249例(409眼)施行了眼底激光治疗,88例(89眼)施行了玻璃体切割手术,其中33.21%的患眼治疗后视力提高,55.36%的患眼治疗后视力保持不再恶化,随访期间,无一例发生眼球摘除。结论:该DR临床防治措施可以减少DR漏诊、误诊及漏治率,为该地区DR防治工作提供了经验。
Objective:To explore the clinical prevention and treatment measures that suitable for regional conditions for diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:349 cases(698 eyes) with decreased vision for complained of ophthalmology in our hospital in patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were given DR clinical prevention measures,including strengthening the DR knowledge propaganda,standardized Ophthalmology,department of endocrinology diagnosis and treatment methods,establish ophthalmology,physician and patient contact manual.Results:The measures were used to complete DR publicity,linkage manual establishment and diabetes and other complications in 349 patients with 698 eyes.Patient system indicators are up to 2009-2012 China's type 2diabetes prevention and control guidelines;fundus laser treatment was performed in 249 eyes of 409 cases;88 cases(89 eyes)underwent vitrectomy,the vsual acuity was improved in 33.21% of patients;55.36% of the patients had no longer deterioration of vision after treatment.During the follow-up period,no enucleation occurred.Conclusion:The DR clinical control measures can reduce DR missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis and missed treatment rate,providing experience for the prevention and treatment of DR in the region.
