中药塌渍配合中药贴敷对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with traditional Chinese medicine paste on pain of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis

目的:探讨中药塌渍配合中药贴敷对缓解神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛的疗效观察。方法:收治神经根型颈椎病患者220例,随机平分两组,对照组实施常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上实施中药塌渍配合中药贴敷治疗。比较两组患者入院时、治疗后48 h、72 h、7 d、10 d疼痛数字评分情况及患者的疼痛治疗效果。结果:观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,不同时间点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疼痛治疗有效率均高于对照组。结论:中药塌渍配合中药贴敷治疗对缓解神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with traditional Chinese medicine paste on pain of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:220 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine treatment and nursing.On this basis,the observation group received collapse stains combined with traditional Chinese medicinepaste treatment.The pain scores and the patients' pain treatment effect of the two groups of patients admitted to hospital,aftertreatment for 48 h,72 h,7 d,10 d were compared.Results:The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there was significant difference at different time points(P<0.05).The effective rate of pain treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with traditional Chinese medicine paste on pain of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis is significant.
