中医辨证治疗慢性胃食管反流性咽喉炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis

目的:探究半夏厚朴汤合三仁汤加减治疗治疗慢性胃食管反流性咽喉炎的疗效。方法:收治慢性胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者1 000例,进行回顾性的分析,对患者诊断情况和治疗效果进行统计和分析。结果:全部患者均通过半夏厚朴汤及三仁汤加减进行治疗,治疗总有效率达96%。结论:慢性胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者通过半夏厚朴汤及三仁汤加减进行治疗,治疗效果较佳,同时可减少治疗费用,复发情况较少。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Sanren decoction in the treatment of chronic gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis.Methods:1 000 patients with chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected and analyzed retrospectively.The diagnosis and treatment results were analyzed statistically.Results:All patients were treated by Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Sanren decoction,and the total effective rate of the treatment was 96%.Conclusion:Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Sanren decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis patients has good treatment effect,which can reduce the cost of treatment,relapse occurs less.
