小儿先心病术后腹膜透析的护理观察

Nursing observation of peritoneal dialysis in children with congenital heart disease after operation

目的:探讨小儿先心病术后腹膜透析的护理观察方法和效果。方法:收治先天性心脏病术后腹膜透析患儿60例,随机分成试验组和对照组各30例,两组患儿术后均给予腹膜透析,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予加强护理观察。结果:试验组的总健康状况、躯体疼痛、生理机能、社会功能、精力、情感功能、精神健康方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率96.7%,明显高于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05)。结论:加强小儿先心病术后腹膜透析的护理观察可以明显改善患儿的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the nursing observation method and effect of peritoneal dialysis in children with congenital heart disease after operation.Methods:60 cases of congenital heart disease children with postoperative peritoneal dialysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The children in two groups were given peritoneal dialysis after operation.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given strengthen nursing observation.Results:The general health,physical pain,physical function,social function,energy,emotional function,mental health of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The totaleffective rate of the experimental group was 96.7% ,which was significantly higher than 86.7% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening nursing observation of peritoneal dialysis in children with congenital heart disease after operation can significantly improve the life quality of children.
