延续性护理干预对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者生活质量的影响

Effect exploration of continuity nursing intervention on the quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的:探讨延续性护理干预对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者88例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予延续性护理干预,比较两组生活质量。结果:研究组一般健康状况、社会功能、生理机能、情感职能、精神健康及精力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理干预可提高老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuity nursing intervention on the quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods:88 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The research group was given continuity nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life in the two groups was compared.Results:The general health status,social function,physical function,emotional function,mental health and energy scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuity nursing intervention could improve the quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
