颌骨骨折合并创伤性血气胸1例的护理

Nursing of jaw fracture combined with traumatic hemopneumothorax in 1 case

目的:创伤性血气胸病情危急,常引起患者呼吸衰竭,严重时甚至导致死亡。颌骨骨折易致软组织移位、水肿、舌后坠,可造成呼吸道梗阻。本研究收治颌骨骨折合并创伤性血气胸的患者1例,根据患者的情况,给予及时治疗、术前护理、术后护理,及心理护理等措施,患者愈合良好,咬合关系均恢复,咀嚼功能基本正常,并无并发症。

Traumatic hemopneumothorax is critical condition,often cause patients with respiratory failure,and even lead to death.Jaw fracture may cause soft tissue shift,edema,glossocoma,which can cause respiratory tract obstruction.In this paper,1 patient with jaw fracture combined with traumatic hemopneumothorax was selected.According to the condition of patient,the patient was given timely treatment,preoperative nursing,postoperative nursing,psychological nursing and other measures.The patient healed well;the occlusal relationship was restored;the masticatory function was normal,and there was no complications.
