Analysis on the risk factors and countermeasures of hospital infection management in the department of pathology

目的:探讨预防和控制病理科医院感染的危害因素及对策。方法:分析病理科日常工作的流程,找到医院感染主要危害因素,以及病理性医疗废物废水可能对环境污染造成危害的相关因素,提出预防策略。结果:通过多项措施,减少了病理科医院感染的发生及对环境的污染。结论:病理科医技人员需加强对医院感染知识的培训,严格遵守实验室标准操作流程,增强自我防护意识。

Objective:To explore the risk factors and countermeasures of preventing and controlling hospital infection in department of pathology.Methods:To analyze the daily work flow in the department of pathology,to find the main risk factors of hospital infection,and the related factors that may cause harm to the environmental pollution,and put forward the prevention strategy.Results:Through a number of measures,the incidence of hospital infection and environmental pollution was reduced.Conclusion:Medical personnel in the department of pathology need to strengthen the hospital infection knowledge training,and strict compliance with the standard laboratory operating procedures,strengthen the consciousness of self protection.
