改良外科洗手法培训方法的效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of improved surgical technique training method

目的:探讨传统和改良外科洗手法培训方法的效果。方法:采用传统和增加视频短片循环播放培训方法对学生进行培训,比较培训效果。结果:经改良洗手方法培训的学生洗手操作优秀率及洗手后细菌培养检测合格率明显优于传统方法组(P<0.05)。结论:改良外科洗手法培训方法可以提高实习学生操作的准确率、有效率和规范率,能够使其熟练掌握这项操作,大大降低医院内感染的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional and improved methods of surgical training.Methods:Traditional training method and video clips were used to train the students,then we compared the training effect between the two training methods.Results:The excellent rate of hand washing and the rate of bacterial culture after washing hands of the patients in the improved surgical technique training method were significantly better than that of the traditional method group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved surgical technique training method can improve the accuracy rate,efficiency and standard rate of the students.It can make them master the operation and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
