糖尿病乳酸中毒的连续血液净化治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨、分析糖尿病乳酸中毒的连续血液净化(CRRT)治疗效果。方法:收治重度糖尿病乳酸中毒的患者36例,随机平分两组,对照组采用常规治疗手段,试验组采用常规+CRRT治疗手段。对比分析两组治疗后血乳酸和血pH值、肌酐与尿素氮的变化趋势以及患者死亡率等。结果:试验组血乳酸值、肌酐与尿素氮以及患者死亡率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组血pH值与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于重度糖尿病乳酸中毒患者采用CRRT治疗手段,能够迅速、有效地降低患者体内血乳酸含量,维持患者内环境的稳定,同时能降低患者死亡率。 Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in the treatment of diabetic lactic acidosis.Methods:36 cases with severe diabetic lactic acidosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The experimental group was treated with conventional+ CRRT therapy.The changes of blood lactic acid and blood pH,creatinine and urea nitrogen,patient mortality between groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The blood lactic acid value,creatinine and urea nitrogen,and the mortality rate in the experimentalgroup were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of bloodpH between groups had no statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with severe diabetic lactic acidosis,CRRT treatment can quickly and effectively reduce the blood lactic acid content in patients,to maintain the stability of the patients' environment,while reducing the patients' mortality.
