摘要
目的:探讨全胸腔镜下与传统食管切除术治疗食管癌的疗效。方法:收治食管癌患者86例,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用传统食管切除术治疗,研究组采用全胸腔镜手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、24 h引流量和并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全胸腔镜手术治疗食管癌的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of totally thoracoscopic surgery and traditional esophageal resection in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods:86 patients with esophageal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with traditional esophageal resection.The study group was treated by totally thoracoscopic surger.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the operation time,amount of bleeding during operation,gastrointestinal function recovery time,24 hours volume of drainage and complication rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of total thoracic surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer was significant.
