观察宫腔镜下无痛人流术患者300例的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of 300 cases of painless induced abortion under hysteroscopy

目的:探讨宫腔镜下无痛人流术的临床疗效。方法:收治人流术患者300例,随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组采用宫腔镜下无痛人流术,对照组采用传统人流术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、手术时间和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下无痛人流术的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of painless induced abortion under hysteroscopy.Methods:300 patients with artificial abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated by painless induced abortion under hysteroscopy.The control group was treated with the traditional abortion.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the amount of bleeding,operation time and incidence of complications were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of painless induced abortion under hysteroscopy was significant.
