格列喹酮片联合参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical study of gliquidone tablets combined with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨格列喹酮片联合参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者90例,随机分两组,均给予饮食疗法、运动疗法,在此基础上,对照组使用格列喹酮片,观察组使用格列喹酮片联合参芪降糖胶囊,均连续治疗4周。比较两组主要指标变化、临床疗效及不良反应等。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.6%,优于对照组的73.3%;与治疗前比较,观察组FPG、2 h PPG及Hb A1c的改善程度优于对照组,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C的改善程度优于对照组;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现其他严重的不良反应。结论:格列喹酮片联合参芪降糖胶囊用于治疗2型糖尿病,可显著提高临床疗效,安全性较好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of gliquidone tablets combined with shenqi Jiangtang capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.All were given diet therapy and exercise therapy.On this basis,the control group was used gliquidone tablets,and the observation group was used gliquidone tablets combined with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule for treatment.They were all treated for 4weeks.The changes of main indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:The clinicaltotal effective rate of observation group was 95.6%,better than 73.3% of the control group;compared before and after treatment,theimprovement of FPG,2 hPPG and HbA1c in the observation group were better than the control group,and the improvement of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in the observation group were better than the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Other serious adverse reactions were not observed in two groups.Conclusion:Gliquidone tablets combined with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,with good safety.
