血清高类风湿因子对胱抑素C检测的干扰

The interference of serum high rheumatoid factor on cystatin C detection

目的:评估血清高浓度类风湿因子对胱抑素C检测的干扰。方法:利用抗原抗体反应原理,去除血清中的高浓度类风湿因子。处理前后标本同时检测血清胱抑素C。判断两组数据有无差异。结果:去除类风湿因子后的血清胱抑素C值明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:类风湿因子浓度较高的血清样本对胱抑素C的检测会带来干扰,引起血清胱抑素C假性升高。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of serum high rheumatoid factor on cystatin C detection.Methods:Using antigen antibody reaction principle,to remove the high concentration of rheumatoid factor in serum.The serum cystatin C was detected before and after the treatment of specimens,to determine whether there was difference.Results: The serum cystatin C was deseased after removing the rheumatoid factor in serum, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Serum samples with high concentrations of rheumatoid factor may interfere with the detection of cystatin C,causing a false increase in serum cystatin C levels.
