强化心理护理对外伤性脑出血患者疾病应对方式的影响研究

Effect study of intensive psychological nursing on the disease coping style of patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage

目的:观察强化心理护理对外伤性脑出血患者疾病应对方式的影响。方法:收治外伤性脑出血患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予强化心理护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:护理后3个月,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化心理护理可有效改善外伤性脑出血患者对疾病的应对方式,促进患者恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of intensive psychological nursing on the disease coping style of patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given intensive psychological nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:After 3months of nursing,the improvement situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive psychological nursing on the patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the disease coping style,and promote the recovery of patients.
