Observation on the application effect of high quality nursing service for senile cerebral infarction

目的:探讨优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果。方法:收治老年性脑梗死患者142例,随机分为常规组和优质组,比较两组护理效果。结果:优质组的生活质量评分、心理状态评分及认知功能评分明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service for senile cerebral infarction.Methods:142 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the routine group and the high quality group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the high quality group,the scores of quality of life,mental state and cognitive function were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing service for senile cerebral infarction was significant.
