护理管理干预对机械通气危重患者护理质量影响的研究

Influence of nursing management intervention on nursing quality of critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation

目的:探讨护理管理干预对机械通气危重患者护理质量的影响。方法:收治实施机械通气治疗的危重患者102例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理管理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理人员综合素质明显提升,护理质量和患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理干预能显著提高机械通气危重患者的护理质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing management intervention on nursing quality of critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:102 critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group added nursing intervention management on the basis of the conventional nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the comprehensive quality of nursing staff was significantly improved,and the quality of care and patient satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing management intervention can significantly improve the quality of nursing for critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation.
