细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果

Application effect of detailed nursing management in endoscopic equipment management of operation room

目的:探讨细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法:收治手术患者8 847例,按照实施细节护理管理时间顺序分为两组。对照组给予传统手术室护理管理,观察组给予细节护理管理。观察两组患者的手术器械完好率、器械清洗合格率、器械准备差错发生率,对手术护士腔镜器械管理护理情况进行评分。结果:观察组器械准备差错发生率、器械管理质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中不仅能保证手术器械完好、器械清洗合格,更能减少器械准备差错,提高腔镜器械管理护理的质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of detailed nursing management in endoscopic equipment management of operation room.Methods:8 847 operation patients were selected.According to the implementation detailed nursing management time,they were divided into two groups.The control group was given the traditional operation room nursing management.Theobservation group was given the detailed nursing management.The operation equipment intact rate,equipment cleaning pass rate,equipment preparation error rate of two groups were observed.The endoscopic equipment management nursing of operating nurseswere scored.Results:The equipment preparation error rate,equipment management quality score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing management in endoscopic equipment management of operation room can not only ensure the operation equipment intact,equipment cleaning pass,but also can reduce the equipment preparation error,and improve the quality of endoscopic equipment management nursing.
