摘要 综述了相变微胶囊材料的相变机理、制备方法及其在建筑领域的应用。物理法设备简单、成本低,适于大规模连续生产;化学法产率高,易于工业化生产;物理化学法通过改变物质的物理条件,使成膜材料从溶液中聚沉出来形成微胶囊。相变微胶囊材料生产技术已取得了一些技术突破,但需要在降低生产成本,优化生产工艺,选择或制备储能性能更高的原料,开发适用更多应用性能的新型相变微胶囊材料等方面进行深入研究,使相变微胶囊材料得到更大的应用和发展。 This article provides an overview of phase transition mechanism and preparation of microencapsulatedphase change material and its application in architecture.Physical process featuring simple equipment and low costscan be applied in large-scale continuous production.The yield of chemical process is high in industrial production.Thephysical conditions of the raw material are altered by physical-chemical process to coagulate and form microcapsulesfrom solution.Breakthrough has taken place in development of microencapsulated phase change material process,however,it needs further research on cost reduction,process optimization,selection and preparation of raw materialswith higher energy storage,and development of new microencapsulated phase change material for more widelyapplication at all levels.
