摘要
介绍了先进过程控制(APC)的基本概念,不同的APC系统的硬件和软件设置情况。中国石油天然气股份有限公司(简称中国石油)广西石化分公司气相法流化床聚丙烯装置采用APC技术使反应器内的气体组分变化减少40%~70%,产量的稳态偏差不大于10%。中国石油华北石化公司液相本体环管法聚丙烯装置应用APC技术后降低了双环管反应器温度、浆液浓度、聚合物产量的波动,能准确地预测聚合物的熔体流动速率,提高产物产率并减轻操作人员的工作强度。指出随着APC技术的发展,应扩大应用范围,以适应化工行业的发展需求。
This paper introduces the philosophy of advanced process control(APC)as well as the hardwareand software in different APC systems.The application of APC has eliminated the variation of gas compositionby40%-70%in reactor of gas-phase fluidized bed polypropylene(PP)plant at Guangxi Petrochemical Co.,PetroChina furthermore,the steady-state deviation of the output is kept less than10%.The application ofthe technology in liquid-phase bulk loop PP plant at Huabei Petrochemical Co.,PetroChina has reduced thetemperature at bi-loop reactor,slurry concentration and fluctuation of yield.It can calculate the melt flow rate ofthe polymer,enhance the yield and lower the workload.APC can be extensively applied with its development tomeet the requirements of chemical process industry.
