基于近红外高光谱技术检测新疆羊肉品质

摘要 高光谱成像技术作为一种无损的检测技术已在农畜产品的品质检测中得到应用,该文综述了高光谱成像技术在羊肉品质检测中的应用进展,同时提出了现阶段高光谱成像技术所存在的问题,展望了该技术在羊肉品质检测领域的应用前景。
