摘要
《威尼斯商人》系莎士比亚经典四大喜剧之一,自上演以来,对其主题之解读,见仁见智。本文在大量文献的基础上,融汇多种观点,采用马列主义的文学批评理论,详析莎士比亚的商业观,并指出其现实意义。
The Merchant of Venice,one of the four classic comedies of Shakespeare,was interpreted from many different angles since it was put on. The author of this paper attempts an analysis of Shakespeare's idea of commerce and attitude towards money based on the careful reading of the text and analysis of a large number of literatures. At the end,the paper pointed out its practical significance to our life and society.
